How to turn on voice directions on Apple Maps,how to enable spoken directions in maps on iphone

Thank you for making this video. There are many reasons why Apple Maps goes silent, and for me the answer was in another video called "Bluetooth Audio for Apple Maps". Some settings must be made when the car is on; when the car is off, the settings are not even available. I offer this comment to help you make videos in the future. I have an iPhone 10 but after following all the instructions there is still no audible directions. I wonder where I am going wrong.

The toggle switch “directions paise spoken audio” on green, but I moved it off/on (and the other toggle switches off/on too) and and now I hear talking! Thank you so much!!!

Sorry, did not work for me. I enabled everything including cellular data and still did not get any voice instructions. Very frustrating,

I’ve already done that, still no spoken directions. This wasn’t helpful at all. You get a big 👎🏻 on this video.

I have watched so many videos, read so many articles but since I updated my iPhone 11 Pro Max to the new IOS I have not been successful in disabling Siri in maps so I don’t hear her annoying voice interrupt my music 🙃 please someone help me.
