Ответитьsee, the thing is... i do all of these. it's what i shouldn't do that's what's hindering me. an app that gamifies my progress? my mind gets tired and turns off that notif. didn't drink enough morning? afetr a while, my mind stops caring. about anything. it's the keeping up that matters, not starting. it's always easy to start. an empty planner looks enticing, but once these things pile up, it's just another job. it's so hard for me to continue caring.

ОтветитьI never paid attention to how much I habit stack and do the prize rule. It does help A LOT! My top three I still need to work on is.JOMO is the move this year and keep a decluttered environment.
1) digital Detox , it’s so hard to cause it’s a way i relax but it can take away time.
2) Sleep Schedule- The using phones before bed is a big part of that. I see now.
3)Solo Dates : I was doing that at first. Then I met my man. I do miss these. It is a form of self care. Thank you for bringing that to my attention! I need to do this again.

ОтветитьJust did the journal prompts and I absolutely loved it! Such an amazing way to self reflect and learn what I want for 2024 and the mindset I am stepping into. I am feeling a little lost the beginning the start of 2024 for a multitude of reasons and currently working on improving some habits, this video definitely helped me pull myself out of that lost feeling. Thank you for being such an advocate for self reflection and productivity! <3

I’ve been in a productivity slump for months now, and being mean to myself, not sleeping properly, skipping lunch sometimes, and overall just labeling health as secondary has not helped 😭😭😭. Thanks for making me realize I can still bounce back stronger. I’ll try to update on my rebound journey (and I encourage anyone else who wants to update to do as well), and for anyone else needing to get out of a slump, we’re all here for you.
