ОтветитьThis is a great workout! Short and sweet and I loved that it was all standing. Sometikes i dont want to get up and down to the floor! Great balance work! And I love it when you are showing fatigue with it as well. Helps me push through!

ОтветитьI found your workouts while I was pregnant, now that im almost 8 weeks postpartum your workouts are perfect!! Baby is napping so this 20 minute workout has me sweating and I will feel it tomorrow for sure! Did an EMOM one the other day too, kicked my butt!
