I'm 6'4", 19 years old and currently around 250 lbs. I am at roughly the 35% body fat mark and would like to drop down to 10% so that entails a 25% body fat percentage drop. This would take 50 weeks approximately if I were to lose .5% per week which by your recommendation on fitness pal its 1 pound per week. I will be walking 10000 steps everyday because of work and school alongside doing the beginner versions of the 3 exercise's you mentioned. Any advice?

ОтветитьAm I doing everything right . I’m planning on visiting Jamaica for th Hollidays . I’m 163 lb I like to get a 6 pack . It shows alittle . Not much . I might be 19 or 18 % fat . Not sure . I like to get to 157 lb . My macro is 45% carbs 35% protein and 20% fat . Everyday my protein hit 168 grams. And some day my fat is around 20/30 grams with my carbs 60 grams to 120gram . It’s mostly lower . Some day 16 gram fat . I wake up drink coffee walk a little eat 3 white eggs . Then run . Some morning I eat white egg with oats to make a pancake no sugar . . I try to keep my fat low . Some day it’s high not higher then 55g. Mostly low I mostly hit around 20g fat. My carb tho some time low sometime high like 130/145g But never over my nutrient . I’m going to jamica in2 month . I like to look good . Reply or Insta coz I forgot my email . Also my goal is to lose a pound a week . I thought I was 165 but I wasn’t . It been a few yrs since I use the app . fitness app. In a month since using it again the app shows 165.3. So I gain 0.3lb . I weigh myself today I was 163.6lb. So I though I was 165 . ОтветитьI’m 5’9 - 181lbs goal is 138lbs/136lbs I put on 20lbs in the last year and half. My body fat percentage is 31.7% up from 27% I would like to be 15% or 12%-15% would be amazing. I don’t care if this takes 39/40 weeks / a year this is marathon not a sprint. I think my maintenance cals/BMR is 1557 per day I need advice here with Carbs/Protein/Fats

I’m at 14% bf, it’s taken me 18 months to get here. I started at 32% bf. I’m still trying to get below 10 %. It’s so close yet so far away

ОтветитьI live in Tokyo. Stress of travelling and living in here made me eat my feelings. So from 68kg I'm on 80kg now. Now I'm 35 and I build my home gym. My main way to burn fat will be cycling to work, around 10km each way. I hope that I'll push it through 💪
