I've got the same one. It's good for 250kg bike. You might want to adjust the wheel bearing as these are tapered roller bearing and a quarter turn should be fine.
I've changed my bearing for £6
New shells and bearings.

It will rust from the inside out.
To I oil mine up by removing the plastic plugs.
It is difficult to load.

It's good for scooters as mine came with a bracket for the smaller scooters wheels. Also a safety harness was supplied

Does it have a manufacturer's weight certificate stamped onto it. Looks like its build once only, it's not easy to fold back for compact storage?
