This is not good idea ,doctor..;) You would have to use a ton of filler to fill the face....it's not entirely healthy or effective...then the face is heavy and the filler falls down under the weight

Completely agree. I usually do a two fold (no pun intended) approach treating cheek to pull the skin up away from the NL fold and then small bolus injection .05 into the fold and smooth. Limits migration because of the small volume. Why? Because less surface area of the filler to shift.

Don't mind this golf. It's natural looking but Marionette lines add at least 10 years. What do you suggest for this. Have jowls and loss of volume. Cannot afford or health wise do a facelift. Without cheek injections can something be done alone jawline or on these golds.

When placing fillers directly into the nasolabial folds, is filler going into the facial artery a real issue? Or is it over exaggerated?

My plastic surgeon does a mini facelift instead of filling just the laugh lines so he injects above the cheeks and in turn pulls up the laugh lines which is much better looking your a very good plastic surgeon I can tell . I’ve never done it but this technique is the best after doing lots of research it’s the only way I would do it .

Hello Doctor. I am thinking about doing the cheek fillers to restore volume and help the nasolabial folds. You mentioned that you use Juvederm Ultra Plus or Voluma for this. Do you also use Restylane Lyft? Does that work as well or is that not injected as deeply as the Juvederm to help with volume? Thank you.

Great video. I went to a very reputable surgeon in my area. I kept telling him i just wanted the lines filled on the sides of my nose. He took the time to explain much like you that its not just about the line but also about the volume loss and how filler in cheeks will enhance overall vs. filling lines on sides of nose. I had the procedure done with voluma and I am very happy. I am considering thread lift for the very bottom half of my face that filler didnt lift. What do you rhink of thread lifts?
