Ответить🌟 so fantastic! Thank you for your clear and comprehensible description 🌚👌🌸
Ответитьi got my wheel yesterday.. cheap 25cm one.. you know the ones ;) .. complete novice.. got in a right temper yesterday.. so i left it.. tried again this morning.. another disaster.. i've just watched your vidoe.. so many things i didnt do.. starters, the wheel is too low so i cant brace my arms properly.. etc etc.. the good thing is i can practice almost indefinitely on the same piece of clay?.. thanks for the video😊
btw i'm using air dry clay at the moment
Coning is so difficult for me and I always feel so relieved once I’m done with it😭😭
Ответитьim a art student and this was a very informative video! Thank you!
ОтветитьEvery day I well do pottery and at the end of the week I well sell my own pottery stuff
ОтветитьYou have explained this process beautifully, thank you!!
ОтветитьWhat type of wheel you use here in the video ? Thank you
ОтветитьI was denied a job at a pottery studio because I’m left handed. I ended up working in ceramics for local head shops.
ОтветитьI’m taking a ceramics class in my college semester, and I tried doing the wheel, I always never felt confident in the wheel but I wanna learn to use it. I did terrible the other day and watching this, I understood where I made my mistakes. And understood why my clay was really bad. Thank you so much for this! I learn so much from your videos
ОтветитьThis is such an awesome tutorial!😊
ОтветитьWatching this as I begin a class. Thank you!
ОтветитьWe fell in love with the work of a potter while in vacation last year, to the point we have invested in all the equipment and made room for all of that in our garage to start this adventure. All the knowledge you put out is a true treasure, i thank you deeply for sharing this! hats off :)
Ответитьany recommendations on where to buy pottery wheels??
ОтветитьI love your videos and recommend them to my students often. they are so precise and clear. after 40 years of throwing I can still learn things from you! I also love the fact you pass on the knowledge for free. Congratulations!!
ОтветитьThis is a wonderful tutorial. I know nothing about pottery other than the finished product - but now feel confident to take a class. Something I have always wanted to do. Beautifully filmed and narrated Thank you Florian.
ОтветитьAbsolutely amazing video ....
ОтветитьI have no idea why that first process would get air bubbles out of that clay. On the opposite, it looks like it would get more air into it.
ОтветитьDefinitely will try this technique tomorrow! 😍 Thank you once again for all these helpful information!
ОтветитьExcellent video.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьThese tutorials are 🔥
Ответитьoj dobra kurwa !!! to niejest takie skomplikowane jak rzezbienie w drewnie
ОтветитьThank you this is what I really need
ОтветитьThis may be random question but Do all clay throwing machines use a foot petal? I really want to try clay throwing but I am in a wheelchair and can’t use my legs . I was going to try to get creative and use try using my elbows for the pedal pressure because I didn’t want to let the foot pedal stop me from trying. But if there are other machines that are automatic, or don’t require a foot pedal that be great to know about.
Ответитьi just made my first bowl... cup... thing. this was magnificent, the experience plus your video is educational. i do recommend people buy clay intended for pointless play, sometimes the goal stands in the way of learning.
Ответитьthat was beautiful, thank you!
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьReally useful video. Thank you.
ОтветитьThank you for the thorough tutorial video and for going over all in detail. I have found very good tips in your video that will help me to center it properly as I have been making these mistakes and get frustrated all the time.
ОтветитьGreat job, I think the best video I've seen on entering, straight forward, I really enjoyed your style of teaching.

ОтветитьThis video was so helpful. Thank you.
ОтветитьI am a potter of over 30 yrs and your demonstrations are very good. This is what I teach in one of my lives, I am also a trained event professional.
ОтветитьThis is one of the best centering videos I have watched! I’m a amateur potter and have been struggling with centering my clay but this tutorial really helped me understand the fundamentals of this craft. Thanks!!!
ОтветитьGreat video! Thank you. It takes me a long time to center and it is really frustrating. I know it's a matter of practicing and finding the best positioning for my body so I'm just gonna keep going until it's 40 seconds lol. What a dream!
ОтветитьI have been watching videos and trying to center for a week and this video touched on and explained every issue I've had and every question I've asked. Thank you SO much.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьThanks, I’ve been having a little trouble with this crucial step. Helpful!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your knowledge. Very useful tips!
Ответитьhi
ОтветитьYou are such a blessing to the pottery world. Thank you for everything you do. From your beautiful pieces/creations to the extremely helpful (and gently spoken) information that you share. A true gift.
Ответитьthank you for your video, I am a beginner potter who haven't been able to properly center a piece of clay yet, the frustration is accumulating, after watched your video, I can't wait to try it out next time when I am on wheel. also really appreciate your last part of the video, it calmed me. To start a new craft, our eyes are always "higher" than our hands, we forget that it takes lots and lots of practice to get better. thank you for reminding me that.
ОтветитьI have a question. After you mess up or reck one piece of clay, can you take that same piece immediately after and just roll it back up and use it again? Or is there a reason you have to use new clay? I just wanted to try this out, but I didn’t buy very much clay
