I'm always amazed at how fast Coleman starts. He's the perfect 60m man. Just wish that he could build on that top end speed through the final 40m. Thompson looked scary fast in that final portion of the race!!!

The early 2000s to mid 2010s spoiled us to the point 9.83 seems slow.

Thompson's form looked strange, like he was still halfway in the drive phase all the way to the end. A lot more side-to-side and bobbing than anybody else, to the point where he doesn't even look real in the last 10m. Didn't seem to hurt him though, that was some crazy top end speed! And Coleman had that insanely good start as usual, which still baffles me. His first 40m looks completely different than anyone else. I think he leaned a bit early but that was a great run. At only 5'9" he's not going to match the top speed of those taller sprinters like Thompson, but on the other hand, they can't accelerate like him.
