ОтветитьJust get in the gym and hit compound exercises. Stop trying to listen to these influencers about new works outs. Stay old school and do compound exercises to failure or close to failure. Have a good nutritional diet and good sleep. Stay consistent and u will see growth.

ОтветитьI'm in the middle of week 6 of this program and my bodpod test from this morning says I went from 217 lbs to my current 211 lbs, lost 12.3 lbs of fat and gained 6.5 lbs of muscle on a 20%+ caloric deficit, and I'm 50. If I can do this at my age, you young whippersnappers can do much more in the same amount of time. Loving this program!
ОтветитьYoure going way to deep on those incline benches. You won't feel it though for decades probably if your still doing a chest press - a floor press is ideal.
