Paying Rotface instead of visiting an NCR squatter camp

Rotface can be bribed for both information on the soldiers and the "hope" password during G.I blues. This is a fun alternative way to get the password if you don't want to deal with NCR missionaries or if you are planning to talk to Rotface anyway. You have to spend kind of a lot without barter checks to get this information though.
