Probate property sales-what you should know

Also Estate agents talking about Grants of Probate ‘issuing’ should be strongly ignored in my own experience. Talking about things they don’t understand. No surprise.

Very informative , wondering if you had time to explain purchase process on recent purchase of local pub in Waterford Maudies , purchased by local people a syndicate of 19, how is the title shared , if one persons wants to sell how this would be possible and disputes in the pub if one member was barred from pub say , are these setups common in Ireland

Thank you for this I’m feeling very stressed currently a first time buyer and half way through now a grant of probate is happening and my mortage offer runs out soon I feel anxious about the whole thing

Is the grant of probate only issued when trying to sell and a buyer has gone sale agreed or can this be sorted out before then?
