I think the explanation for thanksgiving is simple, the us thanksgiving and canadian thanksgiving do not fall on the same date. Since your time zone is for us and Canada, the natural language cannot resolve the date. Try to specify us thanksgivig that should resolve.

@KevinStratvert, love your tutorial. Wondering if you can help with an Outlook issues that I have been dealing with for over a year now. Outlook keeps recreating a meeting "Exchange Server re-created a meeting that was missing from your calendar". I've tried multiple 'solutions' that others have posted, such as deleting, declining, asking the send to remove me from the invite list, accepting the meeting and then go back in and declining. Nothing works. Hope you have a solution.
