Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups of fruit of choice
Examples include:
- banana
- mango
- pineapple
- strawberry
3/4 a cup of milk
DIRECTIONS
1. Place fruit in your blender
2. Add milk
3. Blend
4. Drink it up :)
Hotcake/Pancake recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons sugar 2 1/2teaspoons baking powder 1 egg 3 tablespoons melted butter 1 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat egg.
2. Stir in butter and milk.
3. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
4. Stir into egg mixture.
5. Lightly grease a griddle.
6. Heat griddle and drop about 1/4 cup batter onto griddle.
7. Spread lightly with a spoon.
8. When bubbles begin to appear around outside edge and break, turn with a spatula and cook on other side.
9. When the other side is cooked, it’s done.
10. Repeat with rest of batter and then top with whatever you wish.
Sourdough toast with egg and avocado
INGREDIENTS
Sourdough slices
1 avocado
1 egg
Cream cheese
Seasonings of choice
DIRECTIONS
1. Either toast your sourdough or grill it in a pan
2. Then, cook up an egg
3. Spread cream cheese on the sourdough slices followed by avocado
4. Place the egg onto the toast
5. Season to taste
6. Enjoy
Omlette
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
Onion
Capsicum/Bell pepper
Tomatoes
Any other vegetable you want
Cheese (optional)
Salt, pepper and chilli flakes to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl
2. Add chopped onion and vegetables and mix
3. Into a greased pan pour the eggs and season with salt and pepper
4. Add cheese if you wish, then leave to cook
5. Flip to the other side and when golden, it is done
6. Enjoy!
