I tend to agree with Bobby Fischer.
Chess players are petty, selfish, spiteful and spineless little punks.
Look summer (A 1/ bishops queens and knights) plus winter(A 2/Pawns,kings and rooks) equals slush zone and snowmans are just going ok to that bait
ОтветитьThank you for these videos! They’re incredibly easy to follow and enjoyable. I’m an adult now but I still remember searching up your name as a kid when I first picked up chess.
ОтветитьI have one problem as a beginner, Hikaru moves and talks too fast for me to absorb the information .
ОтветитьWTF A1 White
Ответитьthe Gucci Piano opening had me confused for a minute.
ОтветитьI love this series!
Ответитьthis wasnt boring at all. I think openings are probably the biggest point of confusion for new players. I remember not knowing at all how to start a game and just played whatever piece. Knowing that there is purpose and strategy to different openings makes chess infinitely more interesting and compelling
ОтветитьI could watch this ALL DAY!
ОтветитьThis is Awesome!!
ОтветитьA B C D E F H G...
ОтветитьMy rating is around 2100, but I am learning a lot from this set of games against beginners
ОтветитьHikaru's IQ being 102 is just beautiful for multiple reasons. 1. You don't need a high IQ to accomplish extraordinary mental tasks. It's about focus and passion. 2. You can be talented without a high IQ. 3. Most people overestimate their IQ by a lot. 4. Hikaru is humble af and doesn't need to lie to boost his ego. Anyone would have believed it if he said 130.
ОтветитьProfessor..lol too funny
Ответитьsooo he didn't make 50 million dollars with chess? :( thatsucks
ОтветитьI love how the thumbnail has the g and h files switched
ОтветитьPARÁDA
ОтветитьVery calming and respectful. I find your game summaries and blitz too fast for my slow old brain. This format is perfect. Well done Hikaru 👍
ОтветитьThank you for doing content like this! You're an inspiration.
ОтветитьFinally, a more realistic based theory. Beginners or not. Referring to playing the computer at high levels Imo simple theory helps confuse the algorithm
ОтветитьBeginners tutorial conducted at light speed😧
ОтветитьI found myself playing chess after doing some academic stuffs at uni. Thanks for this, i'm a total beginner and plays between 600-800
ОтветитьHikaru using Nptel intro
ОтветитьIQ cannot accurately say how smart you are. You are typically tested with nonsense figures and math and so on. This is not the way we should be tested. We should have a real problem to solve and to be tested in your specific domain of work. Like you can't compare a programmer with an architect.
ОтветитьThank you Grandmaster 🫡
ОтветитьWent from 500 to 650 watching Levy, got stuck at 650 until I watched Hikaru and now I'm at 815 with a winning streak, even beating 1000 elos.
ОтветитьPraggnanandhaa
Ответитьhi can you deffeat the champion
ОтветитьMan's trying to show you how to get better at chess all they wants to know is how old he was when he became GM, aka "How to google search something"
ОтветитьAnyone noticed that the video preview image goes
ABCDEFHG rather than
ABCDEFGH?
In the picture of the "clickbait" you can see on the board of the blackboard abcdefhg instead of adcdefgh. 😂
ОтветитьThank you Hikaru , This format is a very fluid and enjoyable way to learn.
ОтветитьHoly crap! This was awesome! I'm ready to kick some a$$ now!
