A big thing people dont understand is personality type. You will interact differently according to your traits and your fears. For me personally i would ignore a guy i liked but this can be bad as the guy wont know you like them so i developed my confidence and slowly met a guys gaze. Eye contact is pivotal i believe and it only has to be for a second because that can lead to him either coming over, starting a convo or confirming there is no chemistry or hot chemistry. I have a man who frequents my workplace, and would if I wasn’t there. He’s the engineer type, between jobs and not sure what he wants to do next or where he wants to be.
