Our back yard has a jetty right at a small lake/ pond. It is 2m deep at most and doesn’t contain anything else but minor fish, some turtles, some bevers, birds (swans and geese mostly) and perhaps a lost northern pike from the river in a rare situation. If i’ll go kayak someday, i think I’ll do it there instead.

Im out on the kayak in the UK... but i dont think so, anywhere around the waters of Australia..it is, beautifully wild in more ways than one!
