ОтветитьThe next Tal Wilkenfeld!
ОтветитьWhat about strings compatibility? This is shorter scale than even Ibanez Mikro, isn't it?
ОтветитьEllen, you are so cool 😎
Ответитьits also 24 fret ! how cool!
ОтветитьCan i get quality strings for this bass? recomend Ellen and Hovac
Ответитьthis kid never fails to put a smile on my face
ОтветитьBootsy junior!
ОтветитьHey sweet little baby how do u smile after handling such a hard
instrument?
She is amazing.
ОтветитьEllen your speech is so eloquent and your focus and direction are exceptionally strong. Dad you really rock !!! No pun intended !!! 🦍
ОтветитьIncredible playing !
ОтветитьI’ve read 25 comments none mention the name of the base. Only Ellen super star etc.
ОтветитьNot a very good video. Tell us clearly WTH the bass is, yay I’m sure you said it once. Not enough.
ОтветитьIf I were 10 years younger I would go to this dad to learn parenting.
ОтветитьWhen I watch Ellen's videos all I keep thinking is "This is what pure joy looks like".
ОтветитьI wonder how much time she devotes to practicing on a daily basis? It's probably been addressed in a video somewhere. Does anyone know?
ОтветитьI want one
ОтветитьI love your videos, and it is great that your family can enjoy what you are doing musically.
ОтветитьIs that bass two octaves???????? I am a female bass player to struggles with how long the necks are. Have been considering a short scale bass but seems it’s hard to get strings for a 5 string short scale here in Singapore 🇸🇬
Ответить25.5" is the same scale length of a Stratocaster, or Telecaster. However, top to toe, it looks shorter than one of those guitars.
ОтветитьCheap or expensive, Ellen, what is your favorite bass. I had a Cheap Dana bass. Have you ever heard of this bass before. I've never seen another one. ❤
ОтветитьYes everyone needs starting fluid like bass doctor
ОтветитьDon't know when I've seen last time somebody having so much fun making music. A joy to watch :-)
ОтветитьIt‘s not the price, it‘s the player, that makes you dance.
ОтветитьWhat a joy she is to watch... and with a smile that lights up the room.
ОтветитьHi to al of you! I played the bass for 10 years off my life, from Jazz-Rock to nearly every stile, but you impressed me a lot more then anyone in the bass world. You could play at your age in any band on this planet. Great thanks to your father, parents too. Keep on posting! Thank you.
ОтветитьAs I’ve said before, this gift from God is nothing less than totally incredible!! Well done Ellen and huge congratulations to your dad who must be the best teacher in the world! God’s blessings and love to you both! Full of admiration, Adrian in Bermuda ❤️❤️❤️🌺🌺
ОтветитьI think I completed my order with PayPal. Nice when it comes!
ОтветитьI’m a drummer, a percussionist, although I haven’t been able to play since I was in a severe accident in 1971, my senior year of high school, while on spring break in Daytona. But, for drummers, once a drummer always a drummer.
I’m so impressed with Ellen…and with the way she’s handled by her dad. Good job! I have a 36 year old son, who’s also a percussionist, by the way, who was in rock bands as well as marching and orchestral in school. Ellen, keep listening to your dad.
I’ve got to ask, is your mom a musician also? Thanks guys, I love your music, Rodney Davenport, 2/2/1953.😊
The best part is that she is really grooving with the music. Shows that it is not just technical skill.
Ответить".... a kid like me..." what a wonderful admission, from a truly delightful person (just wondering - think she'll make her school band?) 😄
ОтветитьAsking again. "How much for the setup by Dave or the usual charge for a luthier to do the work?"
ОтветитьShe is awesome
ОтветитьSo a pro guitar set up probably costs about 1/2 the price of the little bass ?
ОтветитьAmazing talent and even more amazing personality. Ellen is destined for a great future.😊
ОтветитьNot really. Jam bass not popping 5 on funky tones.
ОтветитьGenerally, the neck pickup should be butted up against the fretboard. Copper core pickups too.
ОтветитьFor many years, I played a normal scale (34") Fender Precision bass. Only a few years ago did I discover short scales. I have a Squier Jaguar SS (30"), and I wish I had switched over years ago. It's easier to play, lighter to wear, has a warmer tone, and there is really no downside. I'm a complete convert, and I can see no reason to play a 34" bass again. I'm a fully grown man with large hands, but the 30" scale makes so much more sense.
Cost does not always equal quality. I sold the P-Bass for $800 and bought the Jag for $199--and I like the Jag better.
Can I cometh ? Is not All in agreement that We All want better for are kids then We the people had that are parent hoped for US !
ОтветитьU MEAN ITS A BASE BAS? YOU MEAN YOU GIRL HAS GROWN IN TO WHAT U LEARED ON.
ОтветитьFor talent like hers and inspiration, & your incouragment .and reEncoagement that there can be good in life ? Pruceless!
ОтветитьWonderful! I am speechless ❤! The bass is fine, but Ellen is outstanding, and, without any doubt, she has the best teacher EVER❤! PEACE ✌ !
ОтветитьOK, I've followed the link to the Glarry website and the bass shown there does not look like the bass in the video! Most notable is the finish of the body. The one Ellen is holding has lareg radius rounded edges and the wood grain and finish looks like what one may see on an ibanez. The Glarry website images show a much cheaper looking guitar with barely rounded edges. I would pay $100 all day long for the one Ellen is playing, but seeing the image on the order page I am completely turned off. Do you have an explanation for this difference?
ОтветитьVery cool!
ОтветитьGod bless You precious bass playing Angel
ОтветитьShe's very good, groovy, funky and bright kid, i'm your solid fan
ОтветитьI see the next Tal Wilkenfeld. This young lady is fantastic!
