So…. In your written recipe the cornstarch is missing from the ingredients list, but you put there the baking powder which is not mentioned in the video. First I only read on your website so it’s really misleading. Please fix it next time because it’s a lot of butter and other stuff to throw it out or make wrong cookies.. Yeah I can still eat them and I will but for a “non-spread” cookie maybe it won’t work..

Does anyone else find it strange that 1. He has posted this video 2 times but put different titles, and 2. This recipe has zero baking powder and the other recipe calls for 3/4 teaspoon bakibg powder. Now im scared to make them thinking I might have to scrap them out because they will be too dense. Has anyone actually used this recipe? If so were they as good tasting as you expected. I cant afford to be wrong on this. Thanks in advance.

The link will now send you to the newer version of the recipe that goes with the recent sugar cookie Christmas video. Not sure why the recipe was changed. I've been using this version for years and everyone loves it. Maybe both versions should be left on the site for people to pick from? For those wondering the cornstarch will make the cookies more "crisp" if you like them softer try the new version or reduce the cornstarch. I've reduced it to 20 grams sometimes using the recipe in this video. Not sure what adding cornstarch will do to the new version.
