Hey Potato Jet, The Sigma 18-35 f1.8 does it cover the full super 35mm sensor? Also can we use it on full frame FX6 or will it have vignetting in the corners. Thanks

i like this lens i don't care about the auto focus noise i just want a nice camera lens and a nice canon 80d camera body and start taking nice pictures and i want something nice to take pictures at night and in the day time. my wife is going to buy me the sigma 17-50 f2.8 lens so tell me about this camera lens

Hello, I own no camera till date but I am in planning to buy sony a7iii and bmpcc 6k cameras. For a7iii, I planned sigma 24-70mm dg dn f/2.8 sony e-mount and sigma 85mm 1.4 dg art sony e-mount and for bmpcc 6k, I planned sigma 18-35mm dc art. My question is for sony a7iii, should I go for sigma (sony) e-mount lenses or sigma (canon)ef mount lenses with mc11 adaptor for future purposes and for bmpcc 6k camera as well. Kindly solve my problem. Note - I do not own any canon dslr. Thanks

Hey Gene! 3 years later are you still liking the 18-35mm specifically for shooting video? Looking at it as an appealing option to grab with possibly a follow focus + gears. I've noticed a lot of people using it. Upsides are obvious. Cheap, fast, compact. I'm concerned with image quality primarily as generally Sigma glass prefers being overly contrasty and sharp at the cost of boke (and general image smoothness).

I can't decide between this lens or the Nikon 17-55mm F2.8 for video. one has a more versatile focal length and the other is faster..... aaargh! the sigma is looking so attractive tho

will this lens beat a 85mm with a viltrox seedbooster bokeh wise? i forgot about the focul length when i got the 85mm 1.8, had to stand as far back as 15 more feet compared to the 50mm

Hi Ollie, awesome video! I bought this lens only for video and I would like to know if you noticed the click sound the lens makes when you change aperture in video. I tought this lens was declicked, but in video mode its really noticeable, and captable by the camera microphone. And strangely there isnt any info online about this issue.
