That bridge is vulnerable as hell, you need to get some long rail railroad rail on both sides and go all the way across it, weld it to the truck bodies, talking 30 sticks, you need to realy strengthen this.. don’t ask just take the rail they are not coming back anytime soon.

This catastrophe needs to be kept in the news everyday, never ever forget. Ive heard even some ameicans dont believe just how bad this hurricane & catastrophic flooding was, just get over it, it was just a storm was one quote. Unbelievable. I have friends here in the UK that have not heard or seen anything about this! My friend lives in Butler. She still has no phone service and is struggling with all the damp and mold and mildew in her house. Cooking and making food is really difficult for her and her son . It's a challenging time with winter coming.

I worked Katrina from Houma to New Orleans for 18 months. The water line in New Orleans stayed the same height over those many miles down to Houma. This is reminiscent of what I saw there. And just as horrific.

Those side dump mining trailers are fun to look at! I went to Lenoir on Oct 24. I ran into an area where the mud line was around 30 feet up in the trees, in Morganton. It is impossible to understand how it got that bad! This was a 2000-year event, no matter what they try to tell you!

Why does one political party's administration have the power to deny what they perceived as a stronghold of the opposition party, their help from FEMA, Army Core of Engineers & other Federal resources?

NC & TN are doing what Americans have always done in the past. Picked themselves up and got things done on their own.

If federal agencies can be tools for one political party over another, then these agencies must be disbanded at once.

Remember when 0bama used IRS to audit people and organizations the Dems perceived as a threat.

Before President Wilson a Democrat,, there was no INCOME TAX.

The USA paid its expenses with tariffs on incoming goods & liquor taxes.

So, the IRS, EPA, FBI, CIA & any and all federal agencies who can & have been manipulated to oppress another group i.e. political opponents, etc. must be disbanded at once.

Our money must stay in our pockets so, we citizens & States can take care of our people when diseasters happen.

We the People, have allowed these federal agencies to grow unchecked because it appeared to be doing good things for its citizens.

But their lack of a response to the flood stricken areas have proven they are incapable of policing themselves.

Every State and citizen must realize they can be the federal government's next victim.

We must VOTE to protect ourselves from this monster we've created.
