ОтветитьHello Mike, my mother is 71 and facing sciatic pain. The pain is in the calf muscles till the ankle, she is unable to walk and absolute no pain relief whatsoever. Please suggest what can she do. She does not have any other medical conditions. Thank you very much
ОтветитьOh thanks Mike, I tuned in to get some ideas for my mother and wound up doing the exercises myself. It's interesting, my own mild sciatic pain seems to be related to how tight my muscles are. I had trouble with a few of the movements that were always easy before. I appreciate the inspiration!

ОтветитьThank you so very much for this video. I'm experiencing sciatica nerve pain and the pain has been so excruciating until I felt like I was going to vomit several times. It has lessen some thanks be to God. Walking and standing still hurts. How many repetitions for these stretches?? Again thank you for taking the time to make this video. God bless you.

ОтветитьI really like this and yet found that I sort of automatically rounded my shoulders. Here's what I did to stop from doing this. I put my hands on the underside of my chair and held on while bending forth. That stopped me from rounding my shoulders to keep my back straight. Thank you for this. I can easily see myself doing this regularly to help with sciatica. I appreciate you Mike. : )

I am looking for more of your videos for Senior Citizens...Thank you so much for all that you do....
ОтветитьThank you for this video! I am a stroke survivor and hemiplegic. I've had terrible sciatica on my functioning leg for over a month. I've tried many stretches taught to me by physical therapists and they worked but only temporarily but then I followed this video a few times and my sciatica is so much better plus your exercises are easy to do so thank you so much!!
ОтветитьThank you for this stretches it lessened my pain considerably my hope is my pain will eventually be relieved as i do this stretches 5x a week.
i still cannot do the piriformis stretch but i do a modified one where i bring my foot to the middle of my other leg and hold it there
it is getting better i know by next week i should be able to bring my foot all the way up to opposite thigh.
am hopeful.
I am very grateful for this stretches . My body is riddled with osteo arthritis and now i am experiencng sciatic pain
