ОтветитьI made this and it was really good. I think I need to add and extra chili 🌶️ because I substituted for serrano chilis but it came out a bit sweet due to the maple syrup. ❤😊 Thanks for the recipe!!!
ОтветитьI made this recipe and added lamb pieces instead of Tufo ( I know it's not authentic to use lamp ) however it turned out amazing I don't think you will go wrong with this recipe in general 😍

ОтветитьOMG I just did this now with a few alterations: chilli flakes instead of gochagaru, 3 garlic and a knob of ginger both minced. Normal onion as I did not have red and one tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of brown sugar instead of maple syrup. OMG the bomb! Absolutely delish. Will try other recipes. Thank you!

ОтветитьI always bake my tofu instead of frying it. It's so much less cumbersome that way, it cooks the tofu more evenly, and it takes less oil. I can't for the life of me understand why people go through the headache of frying tofu.

Used 250g of tofu in the tefal actifry, it got very crunchy! though I think I will adjust to the double amount of sauce next time, cause mine somehow didn't look as fluid/liquidy as yours, it was a bit dry

ОтветитьThe first couple of time I made this. I did it true to recipe. Came out amazing. Now I've started making it for when I go to work. So to make life a little easier for myself. I oven bake the tofu wit a generous amount of oil. Make the sauce separately and add it when I get to work. Not quite the same but I like it.
I serve it with bell peppers, green beans & white rice

ОтветитьI use a TON of garlic in my recipes, when the re ope calls for 1-2 cloves….I laugh. Like what? What is that even? I will use 6 cloves instead, I can probably use the whole head of garlic, but then people might stop coming over for dinner… I’m surprised I don’t smell like garlic…at least no one has told me…🤣
