Your videos have helped me more than anything in working through the challenges of ADHD. Looking back at my life before I found your channel, I was struggling so much to fully understand how to manage my symptoms and a lot of things were falling apart. Since I've found your channel, I feel less crazy, more validated, and more in control of my mind than I ever have before. It is not an exaggeration to say that your videos have significantly changed my life for the better and I cannot thank you enough for the impact you've had on me. ❤
ОтветитьMy nail clipper is on the floor for about a week now.
ОтветитьOverloading my plate so that there is impossibly too much to do seems to enable me to execute. An unloaded plate is death - can’t get out of my way. So I keep asking for my plate to be full and to some are probably seen as superman - but deep down I know I’m a train wreck in motion…. Feeling constantly overwhelmed that I don’t have the free time everyone else has. But - at least I get stuff done 😊
Ответитьi don’t have adhd but i literally use these videos as a lifeline
Ответить"Don't tell someone with ADHD how important it is, they know." -- That hits hard, and I'm 40 years old.
ОтветитьI have adhd and my parents do not understand that I’m not motivated to clean my room
ОтветитьFunny. In my years of learning to cope, I do many of the things you offered, but the understanding you offer is great.
Ответитьim glad you're in pain from stuffing everything down deep
ОтветитьThis made me cry
ОтветитьWant to clean your house? Invite someone over. 😂😂😂
Ответитьnot me bawling my eyes out rn bc its noon, im not out of bed, my master's thesis was due last week but we keep changing the deadline, and my executive dysfunction is so bad it took my 45 minutes of sitting paralyzed yesterday just to move my arm and pick up my video game
Ответитьwhen you have ADD and bipolar depression and is socially awkward. suicide is a daily contemplation
ОтветитьThis Video ❤️🎯🤩💪🧠
ОтветитьThis is a GREAT way to look at this. Sending it to my husband :) Hopefully it will help him understand why I tend to procrastinate.
Ответитьlove this thank you so much cant wait to use this to help my son!!
ОтветитьMe playing a video game every time I was a big load of plates.
ОтветитьNone of this helps me. I'm so aggravated with myself at this point and just want to give up trying to figure out how to make things work for me.
ОтветитьThank you so much! God Bless.
ОтветитьNot me not having the attention span to want to watch this but knowing I need to ugh
ОтветитьI am grateful for this video. I had a problem my whole life and didnt realize it. Every single thing listed here described me perfectly.
ОтветитьI could remember several years ago I suffered from severe depression and mental disorder. I was addicted to illicit pills, alcohol, and smoking until I was recommended for psilocybin mushroom treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly I'm 8 years clean now. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against anxiety and depression.
ОтветитьStill haven’t learned to drive…. I’m 27
ОтветитьThank you, it really helped alot
ОтветитьThanks so much. This help me a lot especially the urgent one
ОтветитьThis was so me!! Everything related! Motivation is my biggest problem! Thanks for this!
ОтветитьThanks, not sure about the timer though, particalty with people with working memeory isues, probabley the worst thing things is to do things timed. This was suggsted by an Ed psyc?
ОтветитьI've wasted years of my golden period of life, I feel so much worthless. I really need help.
ОтветитьThanks for the content. I love this channel because for years i thought it was just me being me. Was filled with anger and hate towards those who criticised and judged me. Knowing there are a lot more like me, who can understand the shoes i am in, fills me with kindness and hope that i havent felt my whole life.
ОтветитьThank you, you are such a great help. thank you! thank you! thank you!
ОтветитьThank you for these. I have ADHD, but I think it is "higher functioning" if that is even a thing for ADHD and definitely don't struggle with the many things that are presented here, but I know my daughter who also has ADHD does, so I am a Brain and a Heart. This has been helpful for me!
ОтветитьI'love to watch a video about it, but the very start of this one completely demotivated me XD looking fo Another One. Sorry. Too annoying
ОтветитьI walked around with a -4 prescription and no glasses for over a year because there were too many glasses to choose from online and making decisions is my own personal hell 🙃
ОтветитьI never thought about the fact that I had ADHD until I started getting content like this recommended to me and it kept describing my habits and behavior perfectly
ОтветитьBro just casually dropped a video that changed my life
ОтветитьI cried.
ОтветитьHow can I focus if I always get distracted with your elven ears....
ОтветитьThis really resonates with me. I always come good on urgent and interesting tasks
ОтветитьI can't believe my parents made me forget I had ADHD
they made me feel like sh!t believing I don't have willpower, or motivation
so they can always tell me I am lazy to do anything
… This made me cry. I feel it too hard. Emotional dysregulation much? I… still need to get a doc.
ОтветитьResearch has shown psilocybin to have potential to treat a range of psychiatric and behavioral disorders.
ОтветитьWhile i was watching this video, one of the things she said made me think of something which turned into a 20 minute task with me ending up reading a book and realizing 3 minutes in that i was watching a video and now here i am.
ОтветитьGod bless you ❤️❤️🙏❤️🙏
ОтветитьThis actually helped a lot.
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьStare like ice
ОтветитьI don’t know why but when I had >(3-4) weeks to do something I didn’t do it but today I had only 1 week left and did it to not worry about it any more
Also my mother tells me to ‘do something so that I don’t have to think about it’ but it doesn’t seem to work for me.
