Well the lay down area in the lounge with a waterfall wall next to the lounge chairs seems a bit awkward. I'd make one have to piss often. Lol. Impressive plate of a meal on board thou, no decorated plate it was actually full 👍. Love his "rubber flipflop" comparison with air Canada's omelet

I hate to burst your bubble, some trips on Qatar airways are really business class seats but they write first class on the tickets the same as your trip, firs class seats in Qatar are only available in the a380 and only 8 seats are available, Qatar airways write first class on business class seats for short destinations. So you were ripped off if you didn’t know that information

I’ve flown in one of these seats on the A350 but I’m pretty sure these are for business class. The first class experience seems to entail that plus the better lounge and chauffeur service. I’d rather fly Q-Suite without all those extra amenities from a cost-saving perspective and a better inflight experience.

I do not understand the headline. That seat is a standard Qatar business seat. They do not even offer a first class seat on a 787.
