I want to thank you. I have been doing your workouts for about 2 months now. I started with the beginner fun music videos and have worked myself up to 15 sec intervals and now 30 second intervals. I went for a 45 min walk today with a friend and she was completely out of breath and having difficulty talking and walking at the same time and I realized I used to be like that. But today I wasn't short of breath at all. I was so amazed and proud of myself. I have thanks to your help added to the weight loss I started about four months ago and feel energetic and so much healthier. I never miss a day because it makes me feel so good. Who thought this was possible at 63. Thanks again.
ОтветитьHi Jules. I used to be fit and active but developed heart failure several years ago. It’s been hard to find exercise that pushes my heart a bit but doesn’t exhaust me. And that feels safe and controlled. This is perfect for me. Started with the ten minute motivational and still use that on tired days. Thank you. 🎉🎉🎉❤

After two days in the blues l am happy again. l did this one, l missed the leg exercises, there were very few. l like when it changes quickly 20 seconds is usually enough for me. Anyway, I guess, I will remain a beginner forever. See you, my trainer and friend.

ОтветитьRainy day in my neck of the woods. My post lunch blood sugar was 137. I did this routine, and then immediately rechecked my blood sugar. The reading was 89! I am very pleased with that result. I got this! Thank you!!!!!!!
ОтветитьLove this! Just combined it with one of the 10 min after dinner walks to get in some gentle exercise before bed and to push myself over 12000 steps for the day. ОтветитьI am 70 years old with a part time job as a floral assistant. I was having pain in my upper back due to that job, so I started doing your chair stretchs for seniors about 2 months ago. It has helped so much. I also do your gentle exercise of waking and different moves. I was wondering if you have exercises to improve my balance? Thanks for help. Mary

I'm so happy i found you, as i am battling both Ankylosing Spondylitis and Sciatica, for 9 years. I'm in intense pain. My Physio Therapist told me to include alot of light cardio to my daily exercises. Thanking you so much for your workuts. God bless you always ❤🙏🏻

ОтветитьFirst time watching great video love the music although didn't know what the song saying but I enjoyed every bit of it I am diabetic so my doctor told me to exercise and I really do enjoy this workout I will make it a point to of my duties to do it keep up the good work.
