Wrio is technically the fastest bridge. Since he does have some tech with his charge attack that makes him slightly faster than Ayaka doing an actual ice bridge. Without the tech tho he’s slightly slower from the test i did with my friend. Ayaka’s little dash at the end of her normals and the fact that she can straight up dash to create ice aswell made her quicker.

I don’t like this video’s portrayal of Ayaka’s ice bridge tho.. as you didn’t ice bridge with her.

Ayaka still the best though, but if you not count other elements character. Furina probably is most simple and safe. Water walk ability that not need frozen the water.

Ice Bridger means using ice and that character must walk on it and Ayaka didn't walk on ice she's not an ice bridger

all i gotta say is cryo bridge is now effectively moot point if you get furina, shes not great dps or healer wise, and utter dog for autos, but for water you can straight up infinitely traverse ontop of it....30s skill duration 20s cooldown, enjoy.
