Morgan Housel has a way of breaking things down few other authors have been able to. My biggest takeaway from all of his blogs and his book is that an individual’s personality/temperament is a better predictor of their portfolio performance than their intelligence. This can be true in no other domain. Period!

Therefore, there is no reason that the average Joe should not be able to outperform the highest paid portfolio managers.

"Luck/timing" plays a major role in the outcome of your investment returns..I bought a 1000 shares of Qualcomm at $50/share when most analysts believed the stock was Destin to a $1000 a shares before Alain Greenspan said " irrational exuberant " that crush the 1990 stock market. Ps. Cmrc stock stock when from $80/ shares to $997/ share within four months.

No disrespect to the great discussion !
Penicillin was found in 1929,
However, the purification and first clinical use of penicillin would take more than a decade. Unprecedented United States/Great Britain cooperation to produce penicillin was incredibly successful by 1943.
This success overshadowed efforts to produce penicillin during World War II in Europe

The 1% Millionaires stay rich by staying off high interest debts and investing passively. Personally i made my first million from having investments that spreads across stocks, etfs, coins and bonds, looking into Nfts .What i can say to early investors is diversification and solid management..at this point I'm actually grateful for my advisor Olivia Rene Reyes. it's been great.

Usable video! It is very important for any person to find something to strive for and fight for no matter what the circumstances. Once you set the right goal for yourself, making decisions will be easy and fun. What used to seem like an excruciating chore will turn into an enjoyable activity. Go where your labour will be needed! Go where there is money and where your work will be decently paid! Sooner or later you will have to co-operate with people of different nationalities and cultures. To make your business successful, you should learn a foreign language. I would like to recommend to you Yuriy Ivantsiv's workshop "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips on learning foreign language". This book will help you to structure and organise your individual language learning process, will give you the opportunity to independently determine the methodology of language learning, which will become interesting and unburdensome. In this amazing book everyone will find a lot of useful information: how to learn foreign languages, how to memorise information, how to deal with culture shock, what to pay attention to when travelling to another country. I am convinced that the book "Polyglot Notes" should be in the bag of every business person, school and college student, and tourist. The most important thing is that the book gives a good motivation. Don't be afraid to do something to realise your dreams! If people realised that fears have no connection with reality, everyone would live a much better life. Thanks to the author of the channel for the informative and useful video. Your videos motivate me and give me new ideas!

"What is my goal?" Most of us enter the market with a clear goal, but the market's products are as intoxicating as supplies in a bar. You start out needing to quench your thirst, and end up betting on wrestling somebody in the bar. Choosing the right drink takes maturity and clarity of purpose.

Munger said he never once say Buffet use a DCF analysis. It is possible that Buffet uses the DCF analysis as a rough guide which he can do in his head just by looking at the PE, the net income, and other factors. I am not sure. But I want to know.

I don’t think the host understands what the author was trying to tell him with the imbalance. The middle class, started using debt to purchase items. I mean it was a genius move, I mean as a human I fell their is always someone who manipulate the way society is moving, either knowingly or not, but if the banks and big company Fortune 500 CEOs enacted a strategy to promote the middle class to use debt to keep up with the Jones, I mean being in debt became a thing became ok, it was brilliant, to keep the consumer behind the cue. Brilliant 😂

Yo these comments are crazy😂😂😂 I mean really. Every other comment someone is saying something like, “ man I see a lot losing money in the market, I JUST saved up 150k, this video will really help me” LOLE what are you talking about, I JUST saved up 150k. Bro you didn’t save anything, who just saves 150k, the second I saved 5k, my pops was like this is what you do now, go get yourself some Bonds, or CDs, or whatever, and then portfolio journey begins. You don’t just save 150k that’s just not real, who does or says these things. I guess this is what a bot is cause no human behaves this way. Poof you saved 150k, no way 😂😂😂😂 the comments are funny

I wanna add, I practice and back test and run my strategy over and over, go over my data, but I enjoy doing this. I do not move my capital lightly, I take all emotion out of my strategy or I would be all over the place, if I worked with my emotions I would be homeless, I do not have it in me to see loses or not pull profit, I’m not capable of it 😂, so I let my risk management handle that. I also keep my long term security away from my passion and love for trading, I do the buffet strategy for my security, I make sure it’s consistent.

I met Buffet twice, even had a water with him. One thing he told me is the best asset we have is time. He actually told my young nephew. I think buffet loves what he does, what he does is retiring to Florida, or those memories others have and consider their fun, or entertainment he does what he does 😂. Also Bens philosophy that buffet always says is the best way to invest moats and all that value investing, is great for buffets profits, he wants retail investors all investors to buy into his BERK, and hold, it’s his bottom line so of course he will continue to tell investors to invest and hold with the thought that since he is saying this they will buy and hold his shares, 😂 it’s a great strategy. The little old man who seems so friendly and he uses that I would too 😂
