Try finding nice shoes for women that don’t squish your toes together. Even wide shoes squish your toes most times.

Great info … very interested in the under eye fascia release. I am 54 and just starting to get under eye winkles and bags. I can see how there is a pulling of the tissue that creates the winkles. I am glad you said that the skin isn’t delicate. I found the most I rub and message the area the better it feels. I would love more info on eye fascia work . Are you able to improve your eye sight because you are relaxing the eye muscles? This is fascinating work!

I have a question please. You said to work between the toes and fingers to work the fascia. You told us to massage 3 minutes. Is that three minutes all told on the feet and three minutes in between the fingers or 3 minutes between each toe each finger. That is a lot of time. And lastly, how much pressure do we use.

Thank you so much for your answers.

This is so exciting.
I’m 84 and have tried many health methods and food and supplements, etc. I can’t wait to start working on my breath and toes as soon as I get home!!! I’m in fairly good health, but gradually having more trouble walking, pain in my knees and ankles and feet.

I have been following Splichal's work for a while, so whem I saw the title of your video, I wondered for a moment if this might involve her. Great to see your perspectice. I also recall Andrew Huberman recounting the benefit he personally gained through addressing tibial control.

I’m a case study for how bad RICE is. At the age of 33 I sprained my ankle, did the RICE protocol, and it took 2 months to heal (and years for it to be back to normal). At the age of 63, I sprained it again. I saw Dr Ken Berry’s video and did NOT apply the protocol: and it was fixed within 2 weeks!!!

I’ve been wearing five finger shoes for over 10 years plus I go barefoot a lot. Before this my toes were all bunched together from too small and crowded shoes. Now I have clear space between all my toes and no foot pain. I’m 76 so don’t let age stop you. Spread those toes.

Best think I did for my feet was to spend time walking barefoot outside on uneven ground. Second best thing was to regularly stretch calf. Healed the plantars fasciitis I suffered from for decades. Never wear special insoles anymore.

Do y’all have a video addressing the effect of running in zero-drop shoes and how it might affect (all) fascia? 🤔 …used to trail run in Altras but had to stop suddenly and developed crippling plantar pain, doctors, insoles, treatments, soundwave therapy…decades later, still in chronic pain that keeps me from running, climbing, dancing…really living. Curious if I messed up my fascia.

I sit to play guitar and to keep the guitar more level, I raise my right leg by going up onto my toe. My foot (and body) remains in this position for an hour or more... I'm wondering if this might not be a good idea?

Cellulite isn't normal it's forever fat poisoning and disfigurement. FYI it literally gives you popcorn body then they blamed us not the industry....if you ate something and your arm fell off you would sue buy when it's woman's bodies we get to spend our money on fraudulent dermatologist treatment......when in reality it's a deadly condition and isn't studied or talked about other than to shame woman for their bodies ability to fight off forever fats and chemicals. In reality without these fats our bodies wouldn't get this condition and we would bounce back after pregnancy easily buy because of the disfigurement it becomes less likely your skin can hold itself together with forever fats displacing your healthy fat. 💖 the more you know.....btw the fake fat attracts and loves toxins and chemicals including pharmaceutical products.😉 it hold onto it and then slowly releases it into your body, organs, and bloodstream. Again 7 year Olds have Cellulite sorry popcorn 🍿 body now.....this condition affects females disproportionately because we carry babies 👶 😉.

I can’t believe I just watched this video! I was tempted to watch because just tonight the shopping channel was selling a deal on one of those “walking “ treadmills and I was thinking about buying it. I’m 82 and alone, so my walking is ordinarily done with a walker…. For-just-in-case…./ it’s simply for safety and not for anything else. So this walking machine is almost 800.00 and it’s taking some serious thought on my part.
My apartment is small and a normal treadmill won’t do. I think your video is unbelievably timely!❤
