Change oil YOURSELF!!!!
its so easy its ridiculous and no one touches your car.
And you know you did it correctly 👌🏽
NUMI!
ОтветитьHoot mon
ОтветитьBeside fine greasemonkeyship, another great engineering design.
Ответитьexellent as always
ОтветитьPontiac Vibe was assembled in same California plant as Toyota Matrix
ОтветитьExcellent job and tip. I found two condiment containers (one from BBQ Sauce, the other from Honey) that have the same threads as the coolant fill cap and the oil fill cap on my RAV4. After cleaning them out, I cut off the bottoms off and made them into funnels that will screw in perfectly. I use them when filling those fluids.
ОтветитьOh snap! What a mess.
ОтветитьPeter, from my perspective, your're an awesome person. Keep up the amazing work.
ОтветитьI get at least three a day of the political messages. Mostly addressed to Alyson-previous cell number owner? Thanks a lot, Alyson!
ОтветитьGood grief 😮
ОтветитьSorry, but why the hell would you leave your country to live in California. Hella good video!
ОтветитьNumi motors!
Ответитьhe can do a horror movie with that voice ha ha
ОтветитьNon Toyota viewr....Just enjoy how simplistically you perform the tasks...
ОтветитьFYI During the years the Vibe and the Prizm were made at the joint GM Toyota venture, they were GM's most reliable cars. Also the Buick Regal, built in a plant that GM built using Toyota's manufacturing methods.
ОтветитьI took my mother in laws mitsubishi to Jiffy lube about 20 years ago and I remember they filled the cars oil with nozzles kind of like at a gas station. Maybe he/she stuffed that down instead of a funnel.
Ответить❤
ОтветитьI need that screw in funnel.
ОтветитьSome of those quick change places have a metal dispenser that looks like a fuel nozzle that has a gauge on top. They set the dial to however many quarts and then just pull the trigger to fill the engine.. The tip is metal and they likely just jammed that into the opening.
ОтветитьThank you for showing us about those Toyota funnels. I've bought one for my wifey and My Toyota Corollas.
ОтветитьThank you Peter. Much appreciated.
ОтветитьWhere do I get that funnel at Peter? I need one!
ОтветитьPetr, Imagine if the Pontiac Vibe went on "Finding Your Roots". The Vibe would expect to hear stories of the GTO, Trans Am and Safari Wagons of the past while bracing itself for embarrassing tales of the black sheep Aztek. Imagine its surprise when it learns its ancestors came from Japan rather than Michigan. How would it react to learning about its real family of Corollas, Camrys and Siennas?🤔🤣 But seriously, I have been living the Vibe dream for over 19 years. Now that the owner has discovered your shop, I hope they have many happy miles ahead with their made-in-California Vibe. 🤞🤞
ОтветитьDon't go to franchise oil change places. And...don't vote for Kamala.
ОтветитьI want one for my funnel collection
ОтветитьI have been changing my own oil and filter (as well as brakes, exhaust, heat shields, radiators, plugs, water pumps, brake lines, brake and transmission fluid flushes, timing chain or belts and more) on every car I have ever owned since the age of 17 when I actually got my first car in my own name. I am 64 now. Never, ever take your vehicle to any of these hack oil change shops. Do it yourself. You learn something, save some money, feel better about yourself and you can sleep better knowing it was done correctly.
ОтветитьI do my own oil changes now. I feel like it’s not a matter of if those quick lube places will mess something up, but when.
ОтветитьIt's about the only voice you got
ОтветитьWell not really involved in politics either but you got to pick one maybe if the worst of the two or three
ОтветитьWhy he's a nice fella
ОтветитьPeter, would you recommend someone take a dremmel tool and cut the damaged corner?
ОтветитьOne more reason that reinforces my decision to always change my own oil. Thanks for posting this.
ОтветитьGreat video, Peter. The level of incompetence out there is insane. I wish you were my mechanic for my Tundra and Camry. Cheers my friend.🇨🇦🇺🇸👍
ОтветитьCould one argue that it is a bit of a design flaw on the part of Toyota? I don’t want to sound like a heretic, but maybe this is a lesson for Toyota as well as crap “grease monkeys”? Just a thought.
ОтветитьI bought that Toyota oil funnel you use after seeing it on one of your videos a few years back. It fits my Rav4 perfectly. Quick oil change businesses are the worst.
ОтветитьHey Peter. I use a 1qt. mobil 1 container with the bottom cut off. It screws right into the oil fill. Car is a 2006 Matrix 4WD with 225,000 miles.
ОтветитьTrump 2024 MAGA. California is in the toilet because of Kamala Harris
Ответить❤
ОтветитьA fantastic video, Peter! 👍
ОтветитьThanks for the info Peter.
ОтветитьLiterally had a shop do this exact thing on my Honda CRV yesterday . The coincidence of this video lol
ОтветитьMy daughter's Toyota Yaris is a Mazda. 😂
ОтветитьI've never, and will never, patronize any quick oil change shop. I'm sure that there are many stories of all sorts of negligence from one of these types of shops that are similar to the one just shown.
ОтветитьI would like to order a funnel like yours, where do I look?
ОтветитьDon't forget to vote.
ОтветитьSame lesson, different day. Don't go to places like Oil Stop.
ОтветитьWatching your videos is like taking a walk through the gallery of your magnificent talent. Thanks for this exhibition of beauty!🌷🌷 7 💣,
Ответить
