Pity the video fails to mention that Part P regulations in UK actually forbids a non qualified electrician from changing a consumer unit unless the work as been registered with the local authority building control. Also fails to mention that you are not supposed to pull the head fuse yourself to isolate the meter to make any connections and you are not suppose to break any seals on any meters. And if you need to watch this video to understand the principles of a split load board then you shouldn't actually be doing the work.

I can't find a definite answer.
But could I run a small Consumer shed unit from a socket from my house.
Some are saying Yes but the socket has to be a non protected socket so just a basic socket....is that correct?

Doesn't matter if I connect 2 RCDs with Main switch with two cables, sepretely? It can be done as shown on your video, connecting Main switch to one of RCDs a then another cable from that RCD to socend RCD ?
