I am based in Sydney and looking for a Buyers Agent as I'm hoping to purchase an investment property in Brisbane. I already have one that I bought in 2017, which I think hasn't been the best investment in hindsight, but thankfully the growth in the last 2 years has increased its value by 200k, according to real estate agents.

Here's my plan: sell it while the market price is attractive (the most attractive it's been since I bought it), pump all the net profit I make into my PPOR's mortgage to build its equity, and then use that equity to buy another investment property to replace the one I had sold (a better one now that I'm a bit more educated). When this time comes, I will need a Buyers Agent to help me determine which investment property to buy. My question: Do you suggest selling now, while it's early, lest the prices drop if I wait more, which means I'd make less? The reason I want to wait is that I'm hoping to save; there will be tax cuts in the next financial year so I get to keep more of the profit then in theory. But I worry if I wait more, the prices will have dropped by then, therefore, yes keeping more, but overall making less in net profit because the value had dropped. Thoughts, please?

Because so many people overpaid for homes even while loan rates were low, I believe there will be a housing catastrophe because these people are in debt. If housing costs continue to drop and, for whatever reason, they can no longer afford the property and it goes into foreclosure, they have no equity since, even if they try to sell, they will not make any money. I believe that many individuals will experience this, especially given the impending mass layoffs and rapidly rising living expenses.

there are toooooo many parks, in sydney. Melbourne.. but let's overturn that and build houses. In a vast country with plenty of land, it seems unreasonable to face a housing shortage, making home prices excessively high.

Its good to end this year knowing how profitable trading has been so far and mostly when it comes to bitcoin day trading....... I would boldly say this here, you can't be profitable and successful hoping on hodling alone and waiting for the market to skyrocket......"Day trading" still remain the very best way to accumulate and grow a strong portfolio when it comes to crypto.. All praises goes to Dario daily signals and guidance for the well analyzed predictions given to me!!!

Mate, could u please make a video on the breakup of ur loans ..which are IO only and which are P&I and the reasons for each ..

Ad other videos have shown go with IO only ..but that makes the banks to lend no more 😢😢😢😢
