If you are using a plant in a recipe its not cornsvore

You should finish them with the cheese after they are 90% cooked !

Why do so many people claim they are doing carnivore when it is actually ketovore?? Carnivore is just meat with butter. Some have eggs as well but that is it. Ketovore is different. This is s ketovore recipe not carnivore.

I'm curious why you said to drain the fat? I'm new to keto but working towards carnivore. 75-80% of calories should come from fat, right? And on carnivore, aren't we looking for a 2:1 fat ratio? I'm finding it hard to know how much fat is enough. Maybe you are already at 2:1 with the butter, cream, cheese and what's left in the meat after draining the fat?

If you have an air fryer, especially the basket (not toaster oven style) style, meatballs are so easy to brown on all sides in there and All the grease drains off!
