Really useful video, but it would be much more easy to understand the software if you had some example information in there already (like deals, contacts, companies etc). Looking forward to the next level Bitrix vid.

trialling it now , but syncing with google calendar ( which I use for my business ) results in weird results, it duplicates some of the appointments but not every one , it also pulls appointment from the previous day into the current day. This is major functionality I need ( sync) so its a deal breaker if it can't be resolved

Hey Stuart, we just set up a Bitrix24 account for our business and really liking some of the features and wondering if you can help? Unfortunately whenever someone contacts us on Facebook, a new lead is created in the CRM as expected, but they are just named Guest. We cannot see the users name as it appears on facebook on either the CRM or the Chat itself. Do you know if or how this can be fixed?

Hi Stewart, been trying the bitrix24 crm, I am confused how to prevent individual employees to see other employee's deals and client contacts. Because the company crm seem to show everything to all employees. Any suggestion how to keep the crm between manager and individual employees only?
