Carson Beck with his business like return to GA,, can be judged by me and many others, how he did not live up to his press clippings and he did seem to be stuck as quarterback, unable to get the GA engine started. Many of us, wanted to see Gunner tested as early as the Alabama game 2nd quarter as he looked like a deer in the headlights throwing indefensible interceptions as Alabama came close to a total blow out.
If it was true that the problem was the receivers, perhaps that claim will be answered Wednesday night, if the receivers continue with slippery fingers or if they now have glue on them. Can Gunner buy some extra time ffor his receivers to get open? That's the hope.
The Lambhorgini, the millions of dollars, the selfish to do list made public during the season, I owe no loyalty to covering up his horrible season. I think many GA.ns feel the same.
I do think the handling of Carson with kid gloves, was a huge mistake. Taking a quarterback out as they throw their 3rd interception, shouldn't be something we can't consider.
