Caffeine (coffee, soda, etc.) is garbage. It’s a stimulating drug that’s highly addictive. It encourages adrenaline dumps and keeps your brain in fight or flight. Just because coffee appears to be a cultural staple doesn’t mean that all of us are drinking it. The boost from coffee is a harsh, heavy, chemical feel. Non caffeinated herbal tea is much better. So sad to see so many teens (even pre-teens!) guzzling Starbucks. No wonder we’re so obese.

🙏🏻 definitely a video to save. In the last few years I’ve found and practiced the majority of your tips- every morning I tune into short guided mediation and mindfulness to greet the day and care for my body and mind. Then I switch to beauty, slow fashion, decluttering, sweet and funny pet videos- thinking it was guilty pleasure, and now realizing how relevant influencers (as yourself) have become in showing me how to find acceptance, body - mind balance, inner love space, self care, and gratitude. Your tips in any combination really have changed me- I can tame my emotions and moods, heal from hurts, and approach everything and every body with positivity - some days are easier than others, of course. Thank you for your empathy and kindness ❤sending love to you all and your mindfulness journey

I also feel like including yoga in my life has been totally transformational....my stress reducing "guilty pleasure" is taking the time to soak in a tub with bubbles while listening to music :)

In Qi Gong that is called knocking on your door of life. Your hands actually tap against the lower dantien in the back. It is a known acupressure point, so it’s not silly at all! The sighing breath is also a qi Gong technique saying haaa as you breath out can release emotional feelings from your lungs. You might look into Lee Holdens videos.

Hi Vera! Thanks for the informative video 😊 I also like to stare in the wall hahaha 😂 It's actually quite calming, also to listen to the wind outside (I live in Norway, lots of weather here 🇳🇴😁) Apart from that, I enjoy yoga, reading and walking in nature. Thanks again 👍🏾

I always knew that I was an introverted, highly sensitive, empath and just a few years ago, I was also diagnosed with an invisible disability. Coming across your channel gives me such peace, quiet and serenity, along with concrete tools we can use too, in our lives to better our lives. I really appreciate your channel and absolutely adore your content. Keep up the great work V! <3

Those yoga moves look so relaxing. Have you done a video on what tips you have? The pillows made laugh but looked seriously awesome.

Yes Vera, I would love to see you do more meditative videos. I watch Simple Happy Zen many times a day and or evening into night. I have found an odd way to relax and distress. My family and my friend know when I’m popping bubble wrap that I am relieving stress. There’s something about squeezing each bubble slowly but continuously until it pops releases more stress with each bubble popped. Of course I like doing this while watching your videos and sitting next to my favorite White Gardenia Candle flickering with 3 flames releasing my favorite calming scent. But Simple Happy Zen is the most important component to my stress relief. The calming sound of your voice with the beautiful photos and lovely nature videos has me smiling before the video is over. Your smile is so relaxing, I find myself smiling along with you before each video is over. I watch 3, 4, 5 and sometimes even more of Simple Happy Zen before I’m done. I don’t comment, but I always give it a big 👍 thumbs up. This my favorite video soI watch it often. I would love to see more videos like this one.❤️🌺🦋🌸
