36 weeks, I have trouble even reaching to wipe myself after using the toilet. So I don’t know if I can reach to massage myself. My partner thinks if he does it for me it’s just going to become a sexual thing, but I was trying to explain that it’s a stretch or an exercise for that delicate area.

This is an important topic for pregnant women but I can't think of her hands showing this without washing her hands after handling the dog. I love dogs but don't like the thought of dog hair in my cooch

I’m using a firm curved dildo to stretch the area by angling it in but down on the area and around. Burns as it stretches in a good way. I can’t reach with my bump with hands alone!

DO NOT USE KY JELLY IF YOU ARE PREGNANT!!! There is even a warning on the package to avoid use while pregnant. :( KY Jelly can cause burning and pain and rashes because of the changes that happen to your vagina in pregnancy. Use a water based lubricant instead (such as Astroglide), pure vitamin E oil, or pure vegetable oil. Don't just stick whatever you have laying about the house up your birth canal :( Perineal massages are important, but the advice offered here is terrible.

KY belly has drying agents that dry the skin afterwards, it shouldn't be used for this purpose, baby oil is made from petroleum subproducts, not good for babies, adults, for anything.

Is that pelvic model life-size? It seems so small 😳

So glad you've put this video up. I've been recommended perineal massage from 34 weeks due to a previous 4th degree tear with my first nearly three years ago. My consultant gave me a leaflet but it's not always easy to understand through words. I'll be looking forward to the next video too!
