With all respect but h5 is a mistake. Why? It makes white +1 immediately. First of all, you are making everything easy for white.
- You compromise any short castling.
- As a result of that compromise, white will immediately switch to attack mode on the queen's side.
Why?
Next move for white should be 3. c4, and thank you black for stalling, while white are completely dominating the center.

That "dirty trap", if will not work, will create a very nice position for white to develop while attacking. Black will need to immediately catch up with development, but it will be only possible in passive mode. Thus, h5 cheap trick proves why, if playing against London with some gameplay like this, London suddenly becomes not just solid and stable opening for white, but actually dangerous opening for black.

Black needs to respond with 3. ... Nf6, after which NOW white play 4. e3.

You presented 1-time, extremely low-level London player strategy.
