ОтветитьThe videos are perfect for my background noise and narrative for my showcase of hotwheels railroad 1983
ОтветитьCool video, especially the Fan Club in
Spartanburg. Keep up the good work
Great video Danny. Enjoyed it alot.
ОтветитьGreat video as usual
ОтветитьNew to your channel Danny and love it. I live near Spartanburg and thought this video enjoyable.
Have you done anything on the Clinchfield Loops about two hours north of Spartanburg near Marion, NC?
You should go to cayce South Carolina and Columbia South Carolina
ОтветитьDanny, I just got through watching your video about the hub city real Vanners. It was a very interesting video as always but it’s just a remarkable how those parents got together informative remarkable group for all those kids it kind of does your heart good to see you some people under the age 50 that are interested in trains seems like lately. Here’s our as time goes on there of our fans are getting to be older and older and it’s amazing how many people in this world don’t understand how important railroads Argo our economy, and anything else that goes on as far as the get more do you need to make it through the day and that’s another thing your videos new help people understand what makes a RAW Dick anyway best wishes my friend. Talk to you later bye
ОтветитьDanny, I been watching your videos now for couple months and I just stumbled upon them and I can’t tell you how much I enjoy them and it’s so nice to see something that is so professionally produced and I mean this is good enough for prime time on any major networks as far as I’m concerned anyway good seeing you there and maybe someday I am handicapped I don’t get out of the house much but who knows maybe someday I’ll see you out there somewhere. Best wishes to you my friend.
Ответитьyou should go to manchester georgia one day
ОтветитьThank you! You need to come to Jackson Mi. We have the oldest continually operating station in the country
ОтветитьHeard a shoutout to my hometown, Macon, GA.
ОтветитьThis may be my favorite Distant Signal video yet. Those folks with the Hub City Railfanners are wonderful. If I didn't live so far from Spartanburg, I'd love to go hang out with them!
ОтветитьTo this day I hate General Sherman. What he did and allowed his troops to do to innocent people will never be forgiven or forgotten.
ОтветитьThe little room's on the mile poet's are to save the post from rotting as they are made of wood or they were when but as with everything else is made of other stuff but they
ОтветитьDanny is the best these videos are addicting
ОтветитьI like the way you talk to us & since looking both of my kids due to "civic 19 " back in 2020 , I knew my son liked your video's as he told me so. Must go now keep up the great 👍work thanks again "Capt Jon.
ОтветитьI Do Like Trains
ОтветитьWith NS 8105 Interstate Heritage Unit
ОтветитьJust up the road about five miles is the Tunnel Hill Historic Site featuring the Old W&A Tunnel through Chetoogeta Mountain. The New Tunnel is the current CSX W&A Sub right next to it. I think you would like it , especially the hike through the Old Tunnel and back. It was the site of a Civil War skirmish and there is the persistent phenomena of the stench of rotting flesh in the area. Most people says it's a dead deer somewhere, but they can never find the source. Paranormal researchers say the odor comes from a different, more "spiritual" source and law enforcement says the smell is NOT a dead animal.
ОтветитьI know I'm late to the party but I'll just say I'm jealous of your camera work and editing skills. You shoot these like a professional and I'm over here do it all on a shaky iPhone camera. 🤣
ОтветитьAs a rail fan I simply love your videos 👏🏻👏🏻🚊🚦😁
ОтветитьGood stuff. Just awsome you were able to be out there with the railfan group. :-)
ОтветитьI get a kick out of your clever interspersed dialog.
Ответитьthis guys voice is so calming
ОтветитьGood love go
ОтветитьHey Mr I like Norfolk Southern can you find any trains? is Norfolk Southern I don’t like the CSX. ?
ОтветитьHonestly why isn't this a show on TV
ОтветитьCan you come and railfan in Coeburn Virginia
ОтветитьDanny (or anyone else) next time you get around Dalton check out the Western & Atlantic RR tunnel nw of town. They have a museum and it's right next to the csx main. For me it was well worth the stop.
ОтветитьLove how he said he has a couple of commercials and an ad appeared
ОтветитьNever seen a car hauling prefaced track sections upright.
ОтветитьPleasantly surprised by this one 👌🏾
ОтветитьI really enjoyed. Great trip.
ОтветитьI hauled carpet out of Dalton to Maine for years. Great video. I recognized many of the plants that you showed in video. I'm a new subscriber. Keep up the great work.(additional comment) I learned about the "bent rail" exhibit. Nice fascinating point of history I learned today>
ОтветитьMr. Harmon, you are easily the best I've found so far. Great narrator, photographer and you are obviously very knowledgeable. Thank you.

ОтветитьDanny, it’s always a pleasure to

Invaluable! But the most important part is to hear your voice, it is incredible and the most pleasant one of any presenter! BravoZulu!
Overnight, with family. For free. A man after my Dutchmans hesrt.
ОтветитьThis is coolbeans I'm autistic as well
ОтветитьBest Distant Signal video yet, and that's really saying something!! Outstanding, Danny!! 😁👍👏
ОтветитьHaving worked in the rail industry on/off since 1980, I appreciate this knowledgeable "fan". Lots of insights regarding history of the tracks & companies . . . and the industries that depend on this useful, not-so-anachronistic, method of transporting heavy, bulky freight at not-always-lightning speeds. The telefoto shots, from the overpass/bridges give one a great perspective of the scope of a small portion of the North American network.
