I knew the work by Martin Lambie-Nairn for EuroNews and the BBC, but I am discovering, thanks to you, these wonderfully poetic idents for Welsh television. This is lovely. Thanks to your channel, I am discovering some wonders of TV presentation.

I would love to see a collection of all the S4C idents he worked on.

the "shepherd" ident is my favorite of this set - sometimes called "dragon man"

Very creative! For the flagship TV channel of Wales, and arguably the most well known welsh channel. These follow a few objects trying to be a dragon. (The National symbol of wales).

And also, Rest in Peace to Martin Lambie-Nairn. (1945-2020, age 75). Not everything can last forever, but the lasting impact on the design world is immense…forever.
