Makes zero sense why the military would want a compact slide (and thus, a shorter barrel), paired with a full size grip. They aren't concealing (Which also wouldn't make sense. It's easier to conceal a longer barrel than it is a longer grip). They carried full size 1911 and Beretta's since...well, 1911. Now they decide they need this little pug nose, plastic, foreign made trash?
