You know they did really well with conveying a “tired, done, kinda depressed, almost a little regretful ” look.

Personnal opinion but i think that evil morty is Probably one of the few mortys to keep all his memories instead of being erased, and this is maybe the reason he grew sick and tired of rick abuse

I can't believe we got the Rick prime's death ending and GTA 6 Released in the same year what a way to go.

The point of the story is that any Morty could snap. He's just the one who did. He cast aside his feelings of inadequacy and fear and took control of his life from Rick. Ultimately he's of Rick's blood so his potential was always there; Any Morty can snap, and he implies Morty Prime has just as much "evil" as he does their lives just played out differently.

Soooooo there are infinite realities and all it takes is a morty throwing a temper tantrum to cause this and this has NEVER happened before now?

So far we've seen an "Evil" Morty get created because he got mad at Grandpa. I'm curious now what else could happen

Evil Ricks design is underrated and that scene with him trying to commit die is spine shilling

I like how this proves morty has more potential than Rick, he only need to focus

There's a reason we didn't see a "tragic backstory" here
Because we've already seen in throughout the show

Did yall seriously forget that we saw morty being tortured in the very episode where he was being introduced??
And no, im not referring to the morty wall
Im referring to Rick's flashbacks

A lot of you seem to forget that Rick is an alcoholic abusive narcissist (whether you like him or not, he is who he is)
And Morty is just a kid

Not showing us a tragic backstory was VERY intentional. Because we've already been seeing it the entire show
Becoming just a desensitized to it as Morty

If you can seriously watch the show and say morty hasn't been subjected to things against his will constantly, than clearly you're watching a different show
Hell, he doesn't even willing go on half their adventures

I still think this Morty is one of the GMO Morties and if he did quit, he would’ve been sent back to the citadel and given to another abusive rick.

Honestly, this is the only pass he was going to go on to get to freedom

Evil Morty got smart enough to out-class ricks by absorbing the minds of the best or most eccentric ricks. The wires connect directly to his brain, so he gains their knowledge. When evil Rick says "I'm going to download the contents of your brain, then kill you." It was Evil Morty gaining the contents of those brains.

Dark backstory? That Morty sounds like she's a crybaby

I love how he goes from a mastermind to Clancy Grey from "The Darkest Minds" series, if you don't know Clancy is just a creepy kid who has the power to control minds so he uses it to make people love him.

So is everyone just gonna forget the fact that in season one when morty went to birdmans house he found a picture of his rick holdin a baby morty but rich didn't come into morty life until he was 14? Like why add that scence if it was never bought up again. Especially when evil morty went though rick memory why was he holding baby morty if he never came into morty life untol he was 14? It never even explain that

i dont get it, evil morty was smarter than rick before ? or what ? how did he create or know about that technology to control brains

that clash with the theme felt good.

You know after he snapped he lost his stutter, such a slight thing, but it shows how confident he became after he stopped caring about rick.

Is it so wrong to be free of that monster known as Rick? He always treated Morty like human shield. I’m fine with this

The only shocking thing here is seeing a Rick council member putting a blanket on evil Morty after Evil Marty's controlled Rick dies

Honestly Evil Morty seems like the Rickiest Morty - I mean the kid just want to be left alone and kills everyone in his path until he achieves what he wants - that is a Rick move if you ask me

Why is RIcks voice different?

I feel like the eyepatch over one eye symbolizes him becoming the all seeing eye. He finally saw a universe without Rick and relinquishing his position as the smartest man in the world.

Incredible quick origin, sad it doesnt answer much. And yeah... totally not evil, cant believe people defend this guy.

Now I'm wondering if he uses an eyepatch to intentionally antagonize Ricks because of their fear of pirates

This does suggest that "Evil rick" when he's telling the captured Mortys to kill him, is doing that to escape Evil Morty.
