The Cyclops 1 is a very quiet, maneuverable, and spacious vehicle. It seems an excellent shallow water submersible. Perhaps this man could one day make a deep water submersible after studying how to make deep water submersibles.

Cyclops 1 looks a lot more well built and the design beats out that pringles can of an excuse sub.

Rush seemed more like a bank manager who'd trick you into opening another credit card than a serious engineer and deep diver.

i can’t imagine the person thinking it was a good idea to use a gaming control when those always have some sort of stick drift or lag etc… we experience these issues in our games with these remotes so it wasn’t the brightest to use it for this lmao

Media is f0ked up, interview after interview of how innovative his new submersible is. CBS sent a crew to view the Titanic, so this guy was given validity on his discovery. Now he is ridiculed by the same people who inflated his ego and profit from him.

The Cyclops is still intact and has always worked well. it is made of steel with two transparent domes, one very large. It can dive up to a maximum of 500 meters and is certified.

as angry as i am at this man i truly am sad for him. i wish he would have lived with the other four. would his career be at risk after that event? not sure and im sure if it came to the point of them being rescued, Stockton would have had to do a career change if he didn't land himself in prison for a little bit. at least he and the others would still be alive. my heart goes out to those people. could have kept the subs in shallower waters and truly had something special going.
