If you want to do this with professional stuff, I personally recommend a couple different ways of doing it. If you want brush tips, then you should aim for waterbrushes. These are brushes intended for watercolor, and that have an internal reservoir that you're supposed to fill with water. By squeezing the handle, you squeeze water into the brush head. However, these are also suitable for liquid sumi inks, and you can buy some that are pre-filled, but you can fill your own instead. When using these brushes, they still use a felt piece to regulate the flow to the brush head, so if your paint or ink won't flow through felt, you'll have problems with a waterbrush pen. If you want my suggestion for an acrylic, water-based paint for marker use, it'll be MTN Water Based Marker paint. If you want to use a felt tip with a push-pump, or a full felt core, I recommend empty paint markers by MTN or Molotow. If you want super-fine white or black lines to go along with your set, try the Kuretake Ai Liner.
