Hi there once downloaded, my music isn't sent to my itunes on iphone. . . what steps do I take from here?

When music mp3 file is downloaded to iPad iCloud drive, I press and hold, but it only comes up with copy. This is iPad pro, iPad OS 17.1.1

After downloading locally, it doesnt show up in my apple music app.
Library is still empty.

Thanks a million! FYI, I downloaded 1 song using the first step, then when I tried to download another the same way it didn't work, so I went to step 2 which worked for the second song.

method one is completely useless, iphone 12, icloud drive enabled with sync this iphone enabled, im on ios 16.7.1, holding each song to download now, and then went to music app and theres nothing, in fact theres no where to be found of the songs on the iphone itself, they downloaded somewhere but no idea where..... Your video is very sneaky, similar to the stuff wondershare filmora does where they give these so called helpful tips but at the end direct to their product when the helpful tips are a waist of time.

So once they are downloaded from the Files APP - how did you get them into your Music APP? Is there a secret missing step? I opened the Music APP and none of the downloaded songs are there.... how did you do it??

Method 1 (i.e. the valuable one) does not seem to work as no downloaded file from iCloud appears in the music library. I used MP3, M4a and even wav.

Possible to do this without computer? I've downloaded this to "On My iPhone" and then moved it to "iCloud Drive", undownloaded it then re-downloaded it. And it didn't show up on apple music.
