ОтветитьSo, I try to have a glow-up for school. I started doing this workout and many more. I started eating a balanced diet, drinking a lot of water and sleeping at least 8 hours.
Start: 56 kg
Goal: 47 kg
Day 1: I do this workout every morning, around 10-11am. I can't believe I did the whole workout without any rest. It hurt, but not enough to give up. I sweated a lot.
Day 2: For some reason I had a harder time than yesterday. I took breaks. I sweated a lot. Somehow I had the energy but I didn't have the strength, I don't know how to explain it.
Day 3: I did much better than yesterday. The breaks I took were 2 of the exercises and they were very short. I was sweating profusely again. I feel energetic.
Day 4: done
Day 5: done
Day 6: done
Day 7: it doesn't hurt while I'm doing the workout, but I'm out of breath a lot, and it's demotivating me, but I won't give up

✅ Day 1: my arms shook like crazy and i was extremely tired but irs alright 😭
✅Day 2: since I hav3 be2n doing oth2r 2ork Outs then this one before i managed to not get extremely exaushted halfway during the work out i did all except did squat jumps little slower since i would give up if i did it at that pace😭 my hands only shook a little during the last exercise, sweat a lot but feeling good!

I can’t believe this is only some people’s warm up! To me, a 37 year old, quite healthy female who has a BMI at 25, this is all I can do for my day’s exercise. I am tired!

ОтветитьIt’s not even a problem of me not being able to do the exercises because of my weak muscles, I don’t even understand the poses and I’m worried I might hurt my back if I do it wrong😭😭

ОтветитьI've been doing this every morning for the last 8 Days and I am SO proud of myself 😭 I die everytime, when she starts the plank kickbacks and I need to pause the video a few times to catch my breath, but I'm STILL doing it!!
