Dr Berg. I have high cortisol and insomnia. But I also cannot handle acidic drinks like ACV or lemons. 1 day okay, but after that, my bladder starts hurting. It seems my body doesn't metabolize acidic drinks. What can I do?

Sunglasses completely shut down the conversion of cholesterol into cocalciferal. Your body's natural process of producing vitamin D. Out of the serum cholesterol levels that are in your body by design. You are supposed to have high cholesterol levels. It's brainfood, your brain is made up of cholesterol. So with that, take off the weaponized sunglasses and stop listening to shills that tell you cholesterol is bad. When in fact the sunglasses are bad for you.

I’m confused about alkaline and acidosis and how to affect it. I thought the kidneys take what we put in our digestive system and adjusts Ph levels so that if we drink vinegar or conversely alkaline water our kidneys will just adjust accordingly to make our blood ph stable at whatever it is supposed to be.

I have high Cortisol level symptoms, but I had a blood test and my Potassium levels were at the right level and I had a very good amount Vitamin D. And twice I've tried to have a Vitamin B supplement but both times I just keep peeing it out as florescent yellow. The first time I tried a high dose I got tummy pain too. So I can't take it. I'm guessing I don't need it.

I have end stage COPD/asthma and once I discovered that I was able to quit prednisone while taking low doses of adderall. You won't easily find any references to this phenomenon published anywhere. I discovered it by accident.

De-stressing is fine, but if your body has been in high-cortisol-at-night mode for a long time, it may not (as in my case) be sufficient. If your body is unable to make sufficient phosphatidylserine, taking PS can get you out of the waking up at night trap quickly.

I have found that if I exercise at a very intense level even at noon time for as little as 20 minutes, I have a hard time sleeping at night....I found out that if I take melatonin a half hour before beditme it gives me a better night's sleep. Milk also helps. Any other suggestions that can help with this battle.

Korean Ginseng helped me reduce cortisol levels! Immediately upon taking it my muscle fatigue went away.

Ashwaganda also helps and is more cooling for those who feel the Panax Ginseng is too stimulating.
