I have to agree with you on that. Tho TKWO is amazing and i enjoy both recordings.

Maaannnn I Soooo wanna play this. But our wind ensemble played years ago, when i was Just coming up here.

It's to fast. But when I was to play it , I was so excited~

Playing the Xylophone part isn't much easier on the brain.

My fingers got skinnier from the great workout this piece gave them.

Oh how I wish someone could get their hands on a 2nd Trombone part, copy it and send it my way. I have so missed my band since moving that I can't begin to express my deep sadness. I would rather listen to this group than TKWO. TKWO has no style, though they perform impeccably. There's much to be said for having a passion for performing. TKWO is tight, but TOO tight ... no enjoyment in hearing them at all.

ha, we were dividing up the parts, and i took one glance and the xylophone part and said "YEAAH RIGHT! like hell im gonna play that!" so us seniors gave it to the juniors saying that it was easy... i am not ashamed. i had to play persis. it was payback.

Are you kidding me? I loved the xylophone part! Once I memorized it I was listening to the song all the time, cause it was just so much fun to play. I wish I could do the concert all over again just for that part.

LOL, at my school we have a long standing joke that whoever plays 16th note runs on xylo, they will give themselves tendinitis... Our teacher was sadistic. She liked seeing us scatter in the wake of 16th note runs. Lol

played 1st chair 1st trombone in the IMEA district festival and this piece was super fun and was really awesome!!

My high school played this song last year and got a 97/100  from the judges. I am still very impressed that we did it, it was certainly no walk in the park.

I'm playing the flute part for this composition at the Queensland Young Conservatorium (Wind Orchestra). One of the most entertaining songs to play. Aside from Inferno, of course. 

my band morgantown high school is playing this this year and we are representing West Virginia next in Honolulu Hawaii so honored and privileged

My wind ensemble at Lake Stevens High School is playing this. first performance tomorrow. I play the tuba.
