I have a airsoft sniper, i use 0.45 GRAM BBs (disclaimer: it hurts)

I say mid caps are better because they don’t make a very loud rattling noise.

At my beginning of airsoft I used Hi-Cap, and in Open-CQB terrain it was a nightmare, BBs were too loud, Mid-Caps are much better, you have to choose the type of charger depending on the terrain on which we play

I agree but look at your fields rules because we have to have mid cap mags and the bbs have to be biodegradable

I dont like high caps because you have to wind the spring after like 30 shots, mid caps are better because you shoot the whole mag with abt 150 bbs and reload after a lot longer

I will can not buy high quality things for airsoft my mom only let me get pistols bb's and armor

good vid, but remember that high cap need you to be constantlly moving the wheel it has bellow (that is a pain in the ass) i would recomend mid cap instead, most of the mid cap hold up to 120, 140, 160, more or less so it more than enought if you have 2 or more, but if you are onlly buying on mag the i would buy the high cap :)

I have 140 bb mags and if i would use the highcap i have i would need to wound the mag every 28 bb's so i don't think it is too good

Mid caps are more quiet and feed way better than high caps, I had to punch my mag and it starts feeding again and jams during a shooting competition which killed all my time ☠️☠️☠️

i would agree with you but if you have an m4 variant a real m4 would carry 15 to 30 rounds so when i play air soft i play it like im handling a real gun so i like it to be realistic and 500 rounds id not realistic but that is my recommendation

A 150 midcap is better than a 400rd hicap. You spend more time winding that thing up to shoot, than you would reloading. Not to mention how much noise it makes. It's like having 4 maracas on your kit as your running, screaming "I'm over here, shoot me".

If you have an upgraded gun high caps won't even work sometimes so don't bother

Some guns recommended specific weights (for example my mp5 recommends 0.2g) so will heavier weights affect anything?

I just started airsoftw i have 2 mags. one that has a capacity of 300 and another with the capacity of 380. Is it enough?

Midcaps - use them. They feed better, more reliable, give you element of cool making you actually reload your gun and they do not sound like maracas at the slightest movement on your side...
BB's - use 0.2s only for chronograph, 0.25 are good enough inside, but outside you do wanna use at least 0.3s
