This was absolutely fantastic. It has a bit of everything and I especially loved the incorporation of upper body in compound moves. I also dig the unusual mat moves, somehow I've never seen or done those exact ones (knee rainbow and the knee cross over). One of my favorite workouts on the site. I haven't repeated a workout yet because you have so many, but I'm saving this one to do it every week. PS. you can make some moves harder by not touching the ground but hovering the whole time.

Im an afternoon/nighttime lover of working out. So I totally understand how that is, but thank you!!! AlWays (without fail) feel better when I DO get up and do the work!!!!!🎉

16 months pp and I still come back to this workout after those long (rest) weeks when I need to get back into weights with a little cardio. Always leave feeling sweaty and refreshed. 😅 thanks for all that you do for the mamas out there, helping us heal and grow 💪

That’s funny I struggled too. Didn’t work out for a week and today I really had to push myself. But now I feel amazing that I did it. It was a killer one haha. Thank you.

Definitely struggled today and wasn't sure I would even try to work out, but I did! It wasn't perfect but I'm happy I've done it :)

Loved it as always! Question is it important to do the workouts with shoes on, or is barefoot ok? It’s probably a stupid question, but I’m curious if there’s a reason to wear shoes, I don’t tend to.

Did this today at 6 weeks postpartum. I've done a few of your yoga videos in the last couple of weeks and felt ready to tackle this today. I feel so much better. Your prenatal videos got me through my pregnancy and I've definitely recovered quicker this time around so thank you 💛

I truly appreciate your videos I feel like God sent me to your page for a reason this is my second day doing your workouts...it's been tough but I feel great mentally when I get through them and physically I feel renewed and rejuvenated as well

If I am being honest, sometimes it’s hard to accept my new body but I am working on it. I truly feel like this workout will help tremendously. I really appreciate you! 💕💕

edit: ok just did this and feel better physically but need to catch up on sleep to feel the effects emotionally/mentally lol. followed this with one of your shorter yoga workouts

I gave birth 9 months ago, I followed your videos during my pregnancy, until the day before giving birth at 38 weeks 😊 This helped me a lot, didn't have any back pain and stayed fit before and rapidly after giving birth (lost my belly really fast, thay say that our body has a memory) ! Now 9 months after, I'm ready to do some exercices again and sooo happy to find you again !! It's like you're part of my family now 😊 Thanks for all Jessica ❤️

33 weeks pregnant today and exercise has been challenging because nothing feels good and it’s been so hot. This workout was amazing! It was just what my body needed and I feel energized and refreshed instead of sore and tired LOL. Thank you for all of the wonderful workouts on your channel!
