the first 3 burgers were not any of my favorites. nor the 2nd batch. No mayo or cheese for me....

Do you see a difference in quality of meat / grind between the budget and higher end burgers?

GFB are my favourite. Jimis has disappointed me in more instances. I hate tomato, cucumber and onions in my burger as well, and like them lightly sauced. Dont know why so many burger joints add ketchup & lousy mayo into their burgers. Yeesh. There used to a Peruvian burger joint called Bembos back in the day on SV Road Bandra near Gaiety Galaxy. Their lamb burgers used to be excellent, especially the one with chimichurri sauce...yummy they were.
